I'm so happy to meet you. Welcome to a safe space to discuss, brainstorm and develop skills you can use for a lifetime. I have enjoyed helping people of all ages, backgrounds and needs for over 20+ years, and hope to be doing this for many many more. My approach is that of empathy, kindness, gentleness yet assertive, and very genuine. I've been told I have some "special sauce" I provide my clients in the form of true connection and concern. Together we will find a way to come full circle with the lessons and beauties of life.
